Trying to get anything doneāwhether itās renewing a license, getting customer support, dealing with a bank, or even just ordering foodācan feel like stepping into a slow-moving maze of confusion, silence, or blank stares.
Ever been sent to five different offices for a single stamp? Waited days for someone to ājust checkā something? Had a waiter vanish mid-meal? Yeah.
And when you bring it up, the standard reply is: āKe Botswana.ā
As in: Thatās just how it is.
But that doesnāt mean it canāt get better.
